End site impact: NetTN Partners using the Knoxville egress may experience several interruptions to Internet access of up to 15 minutes while traffic is migrated to the new Knoxville 10G MIS circuit. These NetTN Partners include: Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) and eHealth. If the backout plan must be invoked, NetTN Partners using the Knoxville egress may experience additional interruptions of up to 15 minutes. Total impact will not exceed 30 minutes.
