The normalization changes to the NetTN firewalls are required for geographic normalization between the NetTN egresses. The policy push is being performed to confirm full operational readiness of the backup policy erver. The test loopbacks will provide additional testing functionality in preparation for and in support of the pending firewall upgrade projects.
